Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless the item arrived defective or was sent incorrectly.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, we may ask you to provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund method will be discussed and arranged with you.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend returning items securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
